We service the Miami Valley areas, typically within a 100 mile radius of Springfield, Ohio. However, there have been times when a project has been large enough or the customer has desired our expertise in an area not typically serviced (and was willing to compensate accordingly for the additional travel), so some exceptions may be made. We are willing to travel longer distances and stay overnight if necessary in order to minimize travel expense and ensure that the project is completed quickly. In the search for the right contractor, there are usually three things that need to be balanced out: the contractor’s knowledge and experience, the overall project cost, and the contractor’s availability to fit into the customer’s schedule. Covenant Contract Service will not take on a project that cannot be performed with excellence, our pricing is extremely reasonable, and we will cooperate with your schedule.

All of the work performed by CCS is guaranteed to be in accordance with all existing laws and codes. We offer a performance limited only by the manufacturer’s warranty of the materials used in order to be in compliance with the applied application and original intended use of the product. In other words, we may make recommendations about materials that may be best suited for the project, but we cannot create or extend warranties for these materials on behalf of the manufacturer. We assure you that each material item will be fabricated, prepared, and installed in a manner that agrees with the manufacturer’s recommendation. The key to a successful project is effective communication from beginning to end. Good communication is the responsibility of both the contractor and the customer, and should include: confirming work schedules in advance, maintaining access to the project site for all scheduled work periods, discussing all boundaries and rules that each party may desire to maintain, and understanding all the details of the financial arrangements in advance of work beginning. Having a good time along the way and enjoying the adventure of the project are also some of the things that CCS strives for.
